Clean well priced hotel, the stay was great! The informative staff made a good impression. I appreciated convenient placing of climate control, a storage space, and soundproof windows in the queen room. The venue's position was very central. The restaurant was amazing and offered hot dishes.

The rooms turned out to be updated and good-sized with private bathroom, AC and a wide variety of white goods. The food was well priced and delicious. Everything was amazing, nonetheless a few employees were not so helpful.

Excellent service and great value for money. We had a minor issue with the room keys not working initially, but the staff quickly resolved it. They were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to public transportation and attractions. we had a pleasant experience at Hotel Hacienda and would recommend it to others.

Airy, cheap rooms with a TV set, free wireless internet, and an in-room tablet. Pretty nice facilities and exceptionally comfortable beds. Great location so close to bakeries. Also, very close to the Redfern train station which meant travel was super easy.
